I bought the Slimming World Veggie Deluxe Recipe book recently which contains a wealth of veggie based syn free or low syn meal ideas. This evening, the rest of the family were having BBQ so figured it would be a great opportunity to try the 5 Spice Tofu Skewers featured on page 10.
The original recipe contained baby potatoes which I swapped for baby corn cobs and I served them on a bed of cauliflower/brocolli rice mix with garden peas (for extra protein) to make the whole dish an SP friendly meal (& syn free). The marinate was too good to waste so I drizzled it over the end result which was divine! Well worth trying!
