‘Berry Blast’ Breakfast (Overnight Oats)

Planning ahead means a healthy available choice for your breakfast and overnight oats take just minutes to prepare.

We all know oats are a great choice providing lots of fibre, plant protein, magnesium & potassium to name but a few of the many benefits.

Soaking raw wholegrain rolled oats breaks down their starch which makes them easier to digest and helps your body absorb more nutrients.

They taste great and their high fibre content and resistant start help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

With so many options and variations to choose from, there can always be a healthy treat waiting for you each morning!

Ingredients & Method

20g of oats & 1 weetabix protein biscuit (HEB) soaked in Koko Light Dairy Free Milk Alternative (HEA) layered with Alpro Blueberry Yoghurt Alternative (1.5 syns) and topped with (frozen forest fruits) Blueberries, Blackcurrants (syn free) & a sprinkling of Brown Linseeds (0.5 syn)
