‘Green Goddess’ Buddha Bowl

Now THIS is what you call ‘fast food’ – Lunch doesn’t get any healthier, quicker or fresher than this!

It’s good to enjoy raw foods, they’re so quick to prepare and offer a different array of flavours, textures & nutrients that you will love and your body will thank you for!   Mix it up with any variety of veggies or fruits for that matter for a lunch that will see you bursting with energy.

I threw together lots of raw, crunchy, fresh green superfoods on a bed of shredded gem lettuce, lambs leaf & peppery rocket with baby broad beans, green beans, okra, mangetout, brocolli, green pepper & cress – simply served with a dressing of fresh lemon & lime juice, black pepper & dried mixed herbs.
