The Alpine Coffee Shop – Betwys y Coed
Situated on Betws-y-Coed railway station at the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, This cafe serves award winning coffee, speciality loose tea/tisanes, smoothies and homemade, palm-oil free and free range products. Caters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. They are keen to promote awareness of apes in crisis, particularly the plight of the Orangutan (Orangutan Appeal UK and Ape Action Africa – there’s a ‘JustGiving’ page link on their website) plus the cafe is ‘dog friendly’ too! We love popping in here whenever we head on up to Betwys.
