‘Pasta e Fagioli’ for dinner. Another super synfree recipe from the Slimming World Little Book of Sauces. I added in lentils for extra fibre and served with a high protein fusili (tescos) and added a tsp of nutritional yeast with B12 (Engevita) to finish.
I’m not really a big fan of pasta in general but do like it every now and then. I must say, it was delizioso! The sauce was so healthy and the combination of the high proteins and fibre meant it kept me full all evening.
Slimming World – sauce and pasta were synfree, just 1 syn for the nutritional yeast (1 tsp) but you could omit this or substitute with a sprinkle of cheese instead (don’t forget to syn for this)
